If like me you have moved house a few times over the past 40 years you know that a lot of luck is required if all is to go smoothly, and it certainly helps a great deal to have good professionals on your side. After a few agents have been through the door you hopefully get an idea as to which ones are actually there to help and those who talk the talk and just tell you what you want to hear. All you want any of them to do is tell the truth however that may fall so you don't get any false expectations, hopes that start to dissolve as soon as you have signed your sole agent form. Inspired Agents ticked all the boxes for us, the photos were great as was website listing, and two viewings later an agreed sale for the asking price was achieved. Similar properties at similar prices with other agents are still there - unsold. Yes we got lucky, luck in the form of Michael (Inspired Bletchley office).
