Being a landlord isn't as simple as finding a tenant and taking rent. It's important to ensure that you're making an informed decision when deciding to rent out your house. Landlords are subject to many rules and regulations, and your property is valuable. A poor decision may be costly.
In this section we have collated a number of useful documents, print outs and checklists in order to help you with renting out your properties and having a successful lettings portfolio. You are able to download and use these checklists to tick off some of those questions you might have, and give you a few more you may not have thought about.
